Overview

You may request an exchange of your purchase if the item you ordered and the item you are exchanging for are both in stock. Order for exchange must have been received within one month and retain its original packaging. Items for exchange may be requested to be delivered back to the warehouse, inspected, and then replaced. Customers are required to pay the delivery fees to collect the product and exchange it.

Customized products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any other item.

Products in stock may not be refunded unless the order is canceled before received/arrival.
