How to Measure your Hand or Ankle

Source: wikihow.com

While custom ordering any creation from Cate Crafts, you will find a field that asks for the size of your wrist or foot. Don’t worry, it’s easier than it sounds and you don’t need any fancy equipment to do so.

Method 1: Paper or String

To measure your wrist or foot, you will be needing:

  • a thin piece of paper or string
  • a standard ruler

Fold the thinly cut piece of paper or string around your leg or hand and mark the point where the ends meet.

Next, unfold the paper or string on a flat surface and measure its length with the ruler.

And tada! You’re done.

Method 2: Bendable Ruler or Measuring Tape

This method is easier than the last but requires ONE of the following commonly found tools:

  • Bendable ruler
  • OR measuring tape

Wrap the bendable ruler or measuring tape around your leg or hand and mark the point at which the ruler’s ends meet. That point, as indicated by your ruler, is the measurement of your hand or foot.

That’s it, easier than pie.
